Ok, I have tested the very expected Age of Empires 3 Demo. You can get it at
http://www.ageofempires3.com/It's an Ok game... after all, it's Age :D. It has some minor sound bugs on my PC and lags on some parts. Thankfully, people at Ensemble Studios lowered the specs of the game and it's very scalable. My PC is very fine, AMD Athlon 2600+ XP, 512 MB DDRRam, Nvidia 256 MBvideo, so it doesn't have any problems running the game... But it has some advanced visualizations for PC much more potents than my humble one :P
We see some of the old characteristics that has defined the others AOE's, with some welcomed tweaks, like a better AI from the units, like automatic militar formations. It's still the same, but as I sux at any age of empires, I quickly got defeated in my first game... -_-; Is something that piss me of... the pace of the game is too slow for my likings, but many other fans of the game will enjoy this game greatly. Give it a shoot, but I'm going to stay away from this as I don't like it. The Interface is so big and a waste of screen space, and it would be nice that it came enabled by default some important info and take away many other crap of the screen...
The graphics are amazing, the sound is good, the history seems as always, without deep... is just some history, mainly from the colonization age, to the Independance of those colonies era.
I would like to see the finished product, as it seems to have some minor problems, but I give it a good thumb up :P
